After written approval has been received, a non-refundable deposit of R500 is required to secure your spot. *Refer to banking details provided on the form.
Cost per vendor stand is R1 500 and includes access for 2 people (for the week). This fee needs to be paid in full by end of September 2026. No vendor will be allowed on the premises unless the vendor fees have been paid in full. This fee excludes any lucky draws for rally prizes.
Additional workers pay R150pp for the week. This fee to be paid in full by 31 October 2026.
Vendors are allowed to sell what they want / wish, But the number of vendors selling the same product will be capped.
Food vendors are required to submit their respective legal documents, after written approval, to be vetted by the Food Hygiene Inspector.
The Food Hygiene Inspector will conduct inspections after setting up. You will only be allowed to start trading once he has given you the required approval.
Your stall may not exceed 5m x 5m. unless otherwise approved by Organizers.
Vendors will be allowed to set up on Tuesday, 1 Dec from 11am onwards.
Should you want to participate in the lucky draws, you can buy a ticket for the rally. *Refer to rally ticket prices on social media or contact the organizers.
We will not be held accountable for any loss or damage to yourself, your workers, goods, items, etc, while travelling, exhibiting, loading or unloading, due to negligence, theft and or natural disasters.
I/we hereby indemnify De Grootvoël Rally, the promoter, organizer, guarantor and sponsor of the competition and the owner/s of any property on which the competition or practice session is held and any government, provincial, or municipal body and their respective officials, agents, servants, and representatives against any legal liability for any damage or injury or so done or sustained as aforesaid by myself or any other persons as aforesaid. I/We further declare that I am / we are aware of the risks, dangers, and perils attendant upon motorcycle racing or rallying or any other form or motoring competition, which I/we hereby assume.
